Donna Jean Bailiff Adkins, 70 of Elkhorn City, Ky passed away Tuesday, August 05, 2025 at her residence. Donna was born October 13, 2025 in Pikeville, KY to the late Arnold Guy Bailiff and Julene Stegall Bailiff. In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by sisters; Eilene Coe and Terry Morgan. Donna is survived by her son Shannon Clark Harrison of Elkhorn City, KY.

A memorial service will be held Sunday September 21, 2025 at Sulphur Spring Independent Baptist Church, Elkhorn City, KY with Terry Gibson and others officiating.
