Donna Jean Adkins, 70 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Tuesday, August 05, 2025 at her residence. Donna was a registered nurse and a member of the Sulphur Spring Independent Church. She was born October 13, 1954 in Pikeville, KY to the late Arnold Guy Bailiff and Julene Stegall Bailiff. In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by two sisters, Eilene Coe and Terry Morgan.

Donna is survived by her son, Shannon Clark Harrison of Elkhorn City, KY and sister, Brenda Bailiff Fowler of Elkhorn City, KY.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at 2:30PM at the Sulpher Springs Independent Baptist Church with Terry Gibson officiating.
