Diana Bartley, 67 of Pikeville, KY passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at Highlands Regional Medical Center. Diana was born September 18, 1956 in Pikeville, KY to the late James Oliver Sayers and Lillie Mae Ratliff Damron.

Diana is survived by a son, Darren Steele of Pikeville, KY; a daughter, Jessica Justice of Pikeville, KY; grandchildren, Darren James Steele, Nikki Ratliff, Dylan Shane Steele, Nathaniel Fife, Thomas Wayne Hopkins and Logan Chase Hopkins; great-grandchildren, Everleigh Griffith and Clementine Steele; and a brother, James Terry Sayers.

A memorial service will be conducted Sunday, May 12, 2024 at 1PM from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.
