Debora Kay Overstreet, 71 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Sunday, December 28, 2025 at her residence. Debora was born July 13, 1954 in Grand Rapids, MI to the late Holton F. Cowan and Dorothy Middaugh Wilbur. In addition to her parents, Debora was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

Debora is survived by her husband, Jerry W. Overstreet; Laura (Jon) Sawyers; Jerry (Kristin) Overstreet; and Mary Ellen (Keith) Varney all of Elkhorn City, KY. She is also survived by 6 brothers, 3 sisters, 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Visitation will be held Monday, December 29th and Tuesday, December 30th at Cedar Grove Old Regular Baptist Church, Elkhorn City, KY. Services will begin nightly at 7:00 pm with the Cedar Grove ministers and Phil Hines officiating. The funeral will be conducted Wednesday December 31st at 12:00 noon from the church. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
