Deanna Rena Adkins, 50 of Pikeville, KY passed away Sunday, June 28, 2026 at her residence. Deanna was born July 15, 1975 in Pikeville, KY to Eddie (Deidra) Holbrook of Sevierville, TN and the late Sharon Bartley Adkins. 

Besides her father, Deanna is survived by her children, Cadence (Courtney) Hill of Dana, KY, Emily Holbrook of Pikeville, KY, Destiny (Evan) Swiger of Betsy Layne, KY and Sophia Adkins of Dana, KY; and grandchildren, Paelyn Hill, Caden Hill, Robert Stewart, Russell Legend Holbrook, Taylee Swiger, Huxley Swiger, and Knoxleigh Swiger. She is also survived by siblings, Derrick Holbrook of Tutor Key, KY, Stephanie Irick and Whitney Holbrook both of Severiville, TN. 

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Thursday, July 02, 2026 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be conducted Friday, July 03, 2026 at 11AM from the chapel with James Swiger officiating. Burial will follow at the Holbrooks Family Cemetery, Rockhouse, KY.
