Elster Darrell Ratliff, 65 of Ashcamp, KY passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at Pikeville Medical Center. Darrell was a retired coal miner and an Elkhorn Community Church member. He was born July 05, 1959 in Pikeville, KY to Patricia Stanley Ratliff of Kingsport, TN and the late Elster Ratliff. In addition to his father, Darrell was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Ratliff.

Besides his mother, Darrell is survived by his wife, Shari Robinson Ratliff, of Ashcamp, KY; a son, Peyton Ratliff of Kingsport, TN; a daughter, Alicia (Gary) Conaway of Ashcamp, KY; brothers, Stephen (Kim) Ratliff and Bruce (Kristie) Ratliff both of Kingsport, TN; sisters, Diana (Tom) Kister, Beverly (Jimmy) Ward and Debbie (Terry) Woods and of Kingsport, TN.

Visitation will be at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel from 12-1 PM Saturday, November 02, 2024. The funeral service will be at 1PM from the chapel with Lee Overstreet officiating. Burial will follow at Sanders Cemetery, Sycamore, KY.
