Dale Dwayne Clevinger, 56 of Pikeville, KY passed away Friday, October 10, 2025 at UKMC. Dale was born September 14, 1969 in Pikeville, KY to Ruth Bentley Slone of Hellier, KY and the late James Delano Clevinger. In addition to his father, Dale was preceded in death by a sister, Tammy Clevinger.

Besides his mother, Dale is survived a son, Dale Clevinger, Jr. of Cleveland, OH; daughters, Kayla Parsons of Hellier, KY, DeAnna Anderson of Elkhorn City, KY, & Donielle Silcox of TN; and eight grandchildren. He is also survived by brothers, Tracy Clevinger of Belcher, KY and Terry Clevinger of Rogersville, TN and a sister, Angela Clevinger of Pikeville, KY.

Visitation will be from 6-10pm Tuesday, October 14 and Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with services nightly at 7PM. The funeral service will be conducted Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 2PM from the chapel with Randy Bentley officiating. Burial will follow at the Anderson Cemetery, Elkhorn City, KY.
