Connie Lynn Hackney, 57 of Mouthcard, KY passed away Friday, October 31, 2025 at her residence. Connie was born January 21, 1968 in Pikeville, KY to the late Robert Gene Smith and Lois Jean Ramey Smith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rickey Hackney, and a brother, Bobby Joe Smith.

Connie is survived by a son, Harley Smith of Mouthcard, KY; one daughter, Talisha Brook Smith of Mouthcard, KY. She is also survived by a brother, Robert Smith, Jr. of Mouthcard, KY and Reanna Kay Griffey of Pikeville, KY.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, November 05, 2025 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. The funeral service will be held Thursday, November 06, 2025 at 2PM from the chapel with Tony Lowe officiating. Burial will follow at the Flanary Cemetery, Mouthcard, KY.
