Connie Sue Cantell, 68, of Mouthcard, KY, passed away at her residence on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024. She was born on April 23rd, 1956, to the late Everett and Avenell Mullins. Connie was a retired cook & custodian for the Pike County School System and a member of the New Zion Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers: James Richard Mullins, James Perry Mullins, Donald Edward Mullins, Ronnie Mullins, & Ricky Mullins. Sisters: Shirley Newman, Estall Mullins, & Sharon Adkins.

Connie is survived by her husband, Jeffery Randy Cantrell. Sons: Ernel (Tina) Cantrell of Mouthcard, Jeffery Cantrell & Fiance Courtney Couch of Pikeville. Daughters: Connie Renee (Doug) Dye of Grundy, VA & Melissa Helton of Melvin, KY. Brother: Everett (Debbie) Mullins Jr. of Floyd County. Sisters: Charlett Rich of NC and Jackie Mullins of Lakeland, FL & Patsy (Bobby) Collins of Lakeland, FL. Ten Grandchildren, Fifteen Great-grandchildren, & a host of loving family and friends.

Visitation will be from 6-10 PM on Monday, November 25th, 2024 with a service at 7 PM. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, November 26th, 2024 at noon with Fred Stacy, Kenny Jackson, Mike Jackson, Oscar Damron, & Nathan Lafferty officiating. All services will be conducted from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel in Elkhorn City, KY. Burial will follow at the Benny Sullivan Cemetery in Feds Creek, KY.
