Charlene Justice, 77 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Saturday, March 08, 2025 at her residence. Charlene was born January 10, 1948 in Pikeville, KY to the late Homer Justice and Loraine Ratliff Justice. In addition to her parents, Charlene was preceded in death by a sister, Carol "Sue" Justice, brothers, Harold, Billy and James Justice and niece, Donna.

Charlene is survived by a brother, Donald (Connie) Justice of Elkhorn City, KY; sister in law, Alpha Justice of NC; nephews, Jerry Wayne Justice, Brian Justice & Terry Justice; niece, Wilma Mickel; special great-niece Brandi Justice and several great nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be from 12-1PM Thursday, March 13, 2025 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be held Thursday at 1PM from the chapel with Mike Coleman officiating. Burial will follow at the Justice Family Cemetery, Road Creek, Elkhorn City, KY.
