Carl Randell Mullins, 49 of Allegheny, Ky. was born on Sept. 1, 1974 in Pikeville, Ky. and passed away on Friday, Jan. 12, 2024 in the Pikeville Medical Center. He was the son of Robert Eugene and Reva Lois Tackett Mullins who preceded him in death. Randell was a member of the Alleghany Freewill Baptist Church and a coal miner. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son; Anthony Michael Mullins. Survivors are a daughter; Ashley Mullins of Lexington, Ky., brothers; Robert Eugene Mullins of Draffin, Ky. and Dennis Mullins of Elkhorn City, Ky., sisters; Genia Blades of Baltimore, MD., Lisa Gill of Narrows, Va. and Randi Mullins Hunt of Kimper, Ky.
