Harold "Blake" Hackney, 78 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at his residence. Blake was born April 15, 1947 at Ferrells Creek, KY to the late Ercil Hackney and Beulah Mullins Hackney. In addition to his parents, Blake was preceded in death by two brothers, Fayte Hackney and Carl Hackney and sisters, Gladys Ramey, Glenda Martin and Marie Ratliff.

Blake is survived by his wife, Tena Adkins Hackney of Elkhorn City, KY; sons, Harold Craig Hackney, Greg Hackney and Tony "Burrhead" Mullins all of Elkhorn City, KY; daughters, Michelle Dales of TN and Sarah Hackney of Harold, KY; and several grandchildren. He is also survived by a sister, Kathern Hackney of Elkhorn City, KY.

Visitation will be from 1-2PM Friday, September 26, 2025 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with the funeral service to begin at 2PM with Dale Senters officiating. Burial will follow at Ratliff Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
