Barbara Lynn Ratliff, 72 of Belcher, KY passed away Monday, December 09, 2024 at her residence. Barbara was a 4 H Assistant for the Pike County Extension Office. She was born June 25, 1952 in Pikeville, KY to the late George Wright and Reable Stapleton Wright. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Wright.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Kenneth G. Ratliff of Belcher, KY; a daughter, Melissa Ratliff of Sarasota, FL.; brothers, Greg Wright of South Carolina, Andrew Wright, George Wright, Jr. and David Wright all of Michigan; and sisters, Jeanette Koch, Susan Martinez, Denise Wright, Stacy Walker and Hope Wright all of Michigan and Linda Wright of California.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 11AM from the original Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.
