Arthur George Martin, 81 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Monday, August 04, 2025 at his residence. He was born January 29, 1944 in Titusville, FL to the late Jesse Lee Martin and Donnie Fern Revels Thomas. In addition to his parents, Arthur was preceded in death by his wife, Glendal Hackney Martin, step-father, Frank Thomas, son, Tony Martin and brother, David Thomas.

Arthur is survived by three sons, Donnie Martin, Sr. of Elkhorn City, KY, Arthur Martin, Jr. of Orlando, FL and Thomas Allen Martin of Missouri and a daughter, Kaitlyn Bynum of Elkhorn City, KY; seventeen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Elizabeth Courson and Tina Thomas, both of Orlando, FL, Terri Courson of NC, as well as Donna Ryder of San Antonio, TX.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Friday, August 08, 2025 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. The funeral service will be held Saturday, August 09, 2025 at 2PM from the chapel with Allen Gibson officiating. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
