Tony Cantrell, 62 of Elkhorn City, Ky. was born on December 21, 1961 in Pikeville, Ky. and passed away at the University of Louisville Jewish Hospital on Jan. 2, 2024. Tony was the son of Rayburn and Geneva Ratliff Cantrell. He was an electrician in the coal industry. Tony was a member of the Elkhorn City Christian Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter; Natasha Nacole Cantrell and a son; Adam Cantrell. Survivors are a son; Cody of Elkhorn City, a brother; Kenny of Center Creek and a sister; Jennifer Lockhart of Pikeville, Ky. and a grandchild; Cara Cantrell. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 1PM with visitation from 12-1PM at the Elkhorn City Church of Christ with Billy Ford officiating.
