Angelia Denise Owens, 62 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Monday, March 31, 2025 at Pikeville Medical Center. Angelia was born February 01, 1963 in Detroit, MI to the late Glen Brown and Eva Ratliff Bartley. In addition to her parents, Angelia was preceded in death by a brother, Victor Brown and two sisters, Elizabeth Coleman and Sandra Lovejoy.

Angelia is survived by four daughters, Stacey Owens of Pineville, KY, Michelle Easterling of Langley, KY, Kelly Carlisle of Elkhorn City, KY and Nancy Brown of Pikeville, KY; grandchildren, Charles League, Isabelle McRee, Merida Brown, Emma Leigh Brown, Dillan Easterling, Avery Carlisle and Eden Carlisle; brothers, David Brown of TN, Charles Brown, Kenny Brown & Denver Bartley all of Elkhorn City, KY; and sisters, Zila Epling and Brenda Jones of Elkhorn City, KY.

A memorial service will be held Monday, April 07, 2025 from 6-9PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.
