Andrew T. Belcher, 74 of Grundy, VA passed away Monday, May 13, 2024 at Pikeville Medical Center. Andrew was born February 06, 1950 in Pikeville, KY to the late Orville Belcher and Alma Swiney Belcher. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jo Belcher and Howard Adkins.

Andrew is survived by his wife, Shirley Ann Lowery Belcher of Grundy, VA; a son, Andrew Belcher of Oakwood, VA; three grandchildren, Zoey, Josh, and Mason; and a sister, Barbara Peters of Chicago, IL.

Visitation will from 6-10PM Thursday, May 16, 2024 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. The funeral service will be conducted Friday, May 17, 2024 at 2PM from the chapel with Snooge Ratliff and Daniel Ratliff officiating. Burial will follow at the Elkhorn City Cemetery, Elkhorn City, KY.
