Amanda Brooke Belcher, 48 of Raccoon, KY passed away Thursday, May 28, 2026 at Vanderbilt Memorial Hospital, Lebanon, TN. Amanda was born January 29, 1978 in Pikeville, KY. Amanda is survived by her parents Ron and Jackie Yates of Elkhorn City, KY and Mike and Janie Bartley of London, KY. Amanda is also survived by her husband; Kevin Belcher of Raccoon, KY; one son; Trey (Micah) Helmstetter of Richmond, KY, one daughter; Jaden Belcher of Raccoon, KY, and three sisters; Julia Epling of Pikeville, KY, Jodi (D.J.)  Stiltner of Elkhorn City, KY, and Christian (Grant) Childers of Pikeville, KY and a paternal grandmother; Faye Robb of Corbin, KY.

Amanda was a member of the Trinity Harvest Church. Visitation will be held Sunday, May 31, 2026 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Friends may call from 6 - 10 PM. Services will begin at 7:00 with Neil Coleman officiating. The funeral will be conducted Monday, June 01, 2026 at 2:00 PM from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Ratliff Family Cemetery, Road Creek KY.
