Almedia D. Frazier, 82 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Wednesday, May 06, 2026 at Pikeville Medical Center. Almedia was born February 19, 1944, in Pikeville, KY to the late Charlie and Nancy Damron. In addition to her parents Almedia was preceded in death by her husband; Jimmy Frazier, two sons; Walter "Wally" Frazier and J.R. Frazier, one brother; Donald Damron, one sister; Ethel Long, and one nephew; Donnie Damron. Almedia is survived by three nieces; Tammy Coleman, Marie Wright, and Susan Ratliff, and two Nephews; Ronnie Long and Gary Long. 

Visitation will be held at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel, Elkhorn City, KY on Friday, May 08, 2026. Friends may call from 6 - 10 PM. Services will begin at 7:00 PM with Morris Thacker officiating. The funeral will be conducted Saturday, May 09, 2026, at 1:00 PM, from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Annie E. Young, Cemetery, Shelbiana, KY.
