Allison Wright, 20 of Elkhorn City, Ky. was born on Sept. 23, 2003 in Pikeville, Ky. and passed away in the Ky. Children's Hospital in Lexington, Ky. on Friday, May 10, 2024. She was the daughter of Benny and Stancy McGuire Wright of Elkhorn City, Ky. She was a student at U Pike and Big Sandy Community College. She was baptized into the Glory Bound Freewill Baptist Church. Survivors in addition to her parents are a sister, Anabeth Wright of Elkhorn City, Ky., Paternal grandparents, Jeff and Joan Wright of Belcher, Ky. and Maternal grandparents, Wanda & the late Carmen Ramey of Dandridge, Tn. and also the late Stan McGuire. Visitation will be in the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00 PM- 10:00 PM on Monday, May 13, 2024 with a service at 7:00 with Randy Standifur, Edgar Sanders and Dale Senters officiating. Funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 1:00. Burial will follow in the Dow Brooks Cemetery at Draffin, Ky.
